Since 1976, Wayne and his wife Patti have resided in Santa Ynez and since 1981 he has sold and marketed residential, ranch, land, vineyard and estate properties. He has helped clients buy and sell parcels requiring lot splits, small to estate size residences, large ranches requiring extensive investigations and property specifically for agricultural needs. His clients have widely benefited from his local expertise and broad knowledge.

Prior to obtaining his real estate license in 1981, Wayne's had an enjoyable and successful 21 year career in the manufacturing industry primarily in Sales and Marketing Management covering both domestic and international markets. Tired of the travel and the city area and motivated to relocate in a rural and tranquil area Wayne and Patti purchased property during their first visit to the Santa Ynez Valley and moved from Arcadia shortly thereafter.

When not assisting his clients, or tending to his ranch where he started raising Llamas in 1977, Wayne is active in local community affairs. He has served on many Boards, including one of the early members of the Santa Ynez Valley Thoroughbred Association, past member and president of the Woodstock Property Owners Association, past member and president of the Santa Ynez Valley Humane Society, current member and past board member of the Santa Ynez Valley Association of Realtors and the first agent to receive both the Realtor of the Year and Special Recognition awards given by the association. More currently he is a member and past president of the San Lorenzo Foundation and Chairperson for Old Mission Santa Ines Properties, Maintenance & Restoration Committee.
