David McIntire is honored to be a member of Village Properties and Christie’s International Real Estate. Raised in Santa Barbara County, and a proud Cabrillo Conquistador, he serves Santa Barbara County Wine Country including the Santa Ynez Valley, Santa Rita Hills, Lompoc Valley, and Santa Maria Valley.
With winemaking experience in the Napa Valley, New Zealand, and Santa Barbara County, David is uniquely positioned to assist with your Wine Country Real Estate needs. David’s experience and skillset, developed during nearly 10 years in the wine business working with luxury boutique brands, are assets he offers to his clients as they embark upon the search for the property of their dreams.
Educated at the University of Chicago, UCSB, Allan Hancock College, and the Napa Valley College, David has a breadth of knowledge that crosses multiple disciplines ranging from Philosophy to Enology and Viticulture.
