Paul is a Santa Barbara native with 34 years of full-time real estate sales experience and a high commitment to quality service and professionalism. Village Properties is proud to say that Paul Suding was the first agent to join the company when they opened their doors in 1996. He got them off to a great start with the first listing and first closed escrow for the company.

As a second generation Realtor, Paul has extensive knowledge of the Santa Barbara community and all fields of Real Estate, including residential, income property, land and commercial properties. Since earning his Associates degree in real estate, he has been a branch manager at Merrill Lynch Realty and Village Properties. He’s also served as a Training Director for Coldwell Banker and currently for Village Properties. With extensive corporate leadership training skills and a successful background in competitive cycling, he brings focus and insight to his classes and to his clients. Paul has been awarded numerous local, regional and national sales recognitions awards throughout his career.

Active in community service and charity events, Paul continues to teach and serve in many ways. His children, Bret (31) and Blaire (25) both attended Santa Barbara Middle School. Paul is currently serving as a Director for the California Association of Realtors. He was President of the Santa Barbara Association of Realtors in 2011 and he was given the coveted REALTOR OF THE YEAR award in 2009.
