Growing up in Santa Barbara, Natalie is a wealth of knowledge about the community and especially the real estate market. Tagging along with her mother, Renee Grubb (co-owner of Village Properties), for most of her childhood to open houses and real estate appointments; Natalie has been in the sphere of real estate influence for most of her life. When Village Properties opened its doors in May of 1996, Natalie helped with the daily operations of the new real estate company while attending college. Shortly after Village Properties opened; Natalie decided this was the career path for her so she obtained her real estate license. She began working with her mother, Renee, as well as pursuing her own business; to begin building her network of clients. Not much time passed and the top producing Village agent saw Natalie's potential and recruited her. For the next few years while working with that successful agent, Natalie gained an incredible amount of experience and even more knowledge of the high end real estate market.
Natalie then decided it would be best to branch off to continue building her own real estate business. Since then she has been enjoying her independent career; selling beautiful estates in Montecito and Hope Ranch; as well as many incredible properties around Santa Barbara.
Natalie and her husband Brian now enjoy working together and the support they provide to one another trickles down to their clients who reap the benefits. Since dealing with many high profile clients currently and in the past, they know the importance of confidentiality and professionalism.
Because of their success they have added to their fantastic group a full-time licensed associate who came to them with incredible marketing, sales and business development experience, and a full time marketing director. Part of their unique marketing is the placement of all their listings in the Los Angeles Multiple Listing Service (CLAW) to maximize exposure for their sellers. This has been a huge success in attracting many out of town buyers and agents who would not normally be exposed to the Santa Barbara and Montecito markets.
