As a 4th generation Santa Barbaran, Thomas’s nearly encyclopedic knowledge of the people, city and it’s rich history provides an in-depth approach to his real estate transactions. After serving as the trustee for his Grandmother’s estate and liquidating her local real estate holdings, Thomas found his place in real estate and joined Village Properties in 1999. Active in the community, Thomas currently sits on the board of Heal the Ocean and serves as Port Captain for the Santa Barbara Yacht Club.
