For example, I heard that the 2 bedroom, 1 bath "contractor's special" on Verde Vista, listed at just $649,000, received multiple bids after just 9 days on the market. Please let me know of any other "quick" or multiple offer sale situations! One of the properties had been sitting on the market for a year, was finally reduced to a price where it made sense, and the buyers jumped!
