Edick & Renee Grubb, owners of Village Properties, are proven leaders in
the Santa Barbara Community.
In 1996, Ed Edick and Renee Grubb founded Village Properties, an exclusive real estate agency that inspires a new appreciation for locally owned businesses. Ed and Renee have created an environment built on teamwork, sharing and high, ethical standards unequaled in Santa Barbara.
Ed Edick was born and raised in Santa Barbara, Ed Edick attended Santa Barbara High School and Santa Barbara City College before beginning a career in real estate in 1975. Over the years, Ed worked for the largest real estate companies in the area and his extraordinary success has been based on his philosophy of treating each client and colleague as a valued individual. A distinctive leader, Ed enjoys unequaled respect from both his clients and peers.
Renee Grubb has been a successful real estate professional since 1983. She has been in management for several years and has earned the respect she deserves. Not only did she open Village Properties with Ed in 1996, but Renee was also President of the Santa Barbara Association of Realtors. Renee is a very knowledgeable and gifted manager and is known for her rare dedication to the profession.
