About Hugo Mendez

I consider myself fortunate to have been born and raised in beautiful Santa Barbara. I was introduced to Real Estate at a young age as my parents purchased and sold properties in Santa Barbara in the 1960’s & 1970’s. I have been involved in the Real Estate industry since 1997. I have worked as a Residential Home loan officer, a Reverse Mortgage loan officer, and as a Realtor. I take great pride that in my Real Estate career I have been able to assist many clients achieve their Real Estate goals in Ventura & Santa Barbara Counties. My wife and I have three grown children all are in their 30's. Two of our children live and work in Santa Barbara and our son Michael lives in and works in Stockholm, Sweden. Besides living in Santa Barbara, I have lived in Puebla, Mexico and Firenze, Italia for one year in each city.
