I have built a long and successful career in Santa Barbara residential real estate by providing trust and a warm and deeply personal dedication to my clients.
To assist families, individuals and investors achieve their goals and dreams, I bring a diligence, persistence and exceptional knowledge of the history and valuations of virtually all desirable local properties.
This comes from more than three decades of real estate experience, helping clients from all over the world find everything from beautiful homes to iconic estates, from quiet picturesque retreats to stunning country ranches. Thus far, I have been responsible for nearly 1/2 a billion dollars of residential real estate sales in Santa Barbara. I have been recognized as a leader in the profession and was a consistent member of the International Presidents Club at my former firm of Coldwell Banker.
I bring an eye for detail, astute negotiating skills, and a broad network of contacts in the local legal, mortgage and commercial banking, architectural, and design professions. I am deeply knowledgeable about the community and able to advise about schools, the arts, clubs, sports, culture, and medical care—the sum of which makes Santa Barbara an exceptional place to live and thrive.
I was born and spent my early years in Connecticut. I graduated from Bradford College in Haverhill, Massachusetts, and moved to Santa Barbara 35 years ago, raising my three sons here. I currently am a Co-President of the Art Council of the Westmont Ridley Tree Art Museum and an Affiliate of the Women's Auxiliary of The Music Academy of the West.
