A resident of Santa Barbara since 1972, Phyllis knew immediately that there was nowhere else she’d rather be. Phyllis first worked in UCSB’s Activities Office and later in Activities/Athletics at Dos Pueblos High School. While raising sons Sebastian and Bryan, with her husband John, a high school English teacher, Phyllis realized that the principles of educating and problem-solving translated easily to her clients when acquiring or selling real estate. Her knowledge of building and design (building and remodeling her own homes) and her interest in architecture has served her well in guiding clients to many unique properties in Santa Barbara and Montecito. Keeping her clients informed with clear communication through every aspect of the buying, selling and escrow process, along with her negotiating skills, has led to successful closed transactions from Carpinteria to Goleta.
Phyllis’s love of this community is evident and contagious. Her enthusiasm, genuine interest in people, and attention to detail all align to make her clients’ real estate dreams come true. Phyllis knows that where your heart truly is, so is your home.
