Toby Bradley came to Santa Barbara in 1966 to do graduate work at UCSB. She earned her PhD from UCSB and taught at that school until 1982. During that time she became a tax consultant, and has been consulting since 1972. She became a Realtor in 1979 and has combined her tax work with selling real estate since then.
Her professional accomplishments with the local real estate association began as Treasurer in 1990, senior Vice President in 1991 and President in 1992. She went on to become Treasurer of the California Association of Realtors in 2000, President-Elect in 2001 and President of the State Association in 2003. She is currently a Director of the National Association of Realtors, and will be the Regional Vice President for California's 12th District in 2009.
Toby is involved locally with Klein Bottle Youth programs, CASA and United Way.
Her real estate specialties include single family residences, condos and small investment properties.
