Julie has an extensive sales and marketing background. After graduating from UCSB with an advanced degree in Communication Studies, she stayed in Santa Barbara to work for an advertising agency on sales campaigns for international corporations such as Coca-Cola, Pepsi, Taco Bell and Pizza Hut. Such challenging projects taught her to market creatively to diverse markets. Julie was then the lead sales person for a high-tech computer company, where her sales territory was the Silicon Valley and Japan. Julie was able to practice and apply the art of negotiation in Asia. She learned patience and tenacity.
Julie has completed several well-known negotiation courses and uses the computer and the Internet to market properties and help find homes. Julie is well qualified to negotiate and to get the best price possible for a home.
Julie received her real estate license in 1989 and has sold hundreds of homes. She has sold multi-million dollar homes on the Riviera, beach homes on the Mesa, ranchettes in Goleta, cottages in San Roque, duplexes in IV, tract homes, condos and manufactured homes. Julie has an extensive list of satisfied clients.
When Julie is not selling real estate she enjoys spending time with her family, athletics, cooking, reading and going to the beach.
