Patty's Story

Originally from Los Angeles, Patty made the move to Santa Barbara in 1990. She worked at a local accounting firm for more than ten years, then she and her family moved to the Santa Ynez Valley. That’s when she embarked on her real estate career. The change has proved to be a joy and a benefit to both Patty and her clients! Her 35 years of experience in direct client contact in banking, importing and accounting, has been a tremendous benefit in helping her clients to identify and solve issues that arise in the purchase or sale of real estate. She was also recently voted the “Best Real Estate Agent in 2011“ in the Santa Ynez Valley Journal.

Patty is very active in the local community, volunteering where needed. Some of her past accomplishments include serving on the Buellton Parks and Recreation Commission, fundraising for PAWS Park, chairperson for the 2005 and 2007 PTSA Auction and Dinner, which benefited both Oak Valley and Jonata School students.

Patty and her daughter are vital, active members of the Santa Ynez community who enjoy living and giving in the Valley. Patty’s son, daughter-in-law and grand-daughter, who live in San Clemente, visit as often as possible.

Patty takes pride in being reliable, trustworthy and knowledgeable.
