Kim’s love for real estate began in 2001 when she started working for a local contractor and developer. In 2003 she teamed up with DJM Development Partners in Santa Barbara, as the first project manager for various commercial real estate acquisitions. Her biggest challenge came in 2007 when she was asked to partner with the “in house broker” to market and act as the sales lead for 37 townhomes in Goleta, Willow Creek Townhomes. Kim had to learn quickly how to adapt to one of the toughest real estate markets the real estate industry has seen in over 30 years. Dedication, hard work, innovative thinking and a well planned, aggressive marketing strategy led to 37 successful closings.
