Randy brings over thirty years of nationwide experience in sales, sales management and marketing for several Fortune 100 companies to the Village Properties Realtors' team.  He has earned top salesman awards at each company he has worked at and has negotiated large complex contracts in the medical device space. Randy has also developed several successful marketing strategies for new product launches in the competitive medical device space. His vast experience in corporate America has enabled him to establish relationships with plastic surgeons, tech titans, Angel investors, CEOs, and other high net worth individuals throughout the globe.  Randy will incorporate these proven skills into strategically marketing and negotiating the best deal for you through the process of buying or selling your important real estate transaction.  

Randy has also personally completed all aspects of dozens of real estate transactions with his own properties including undertaking extensive home construction/renovation projects, transforming outdated structures into new or fully remodeled homes. He will capably advise you to realize the opportunities with an older property or find the true value in new construction, ensuring you make smart investment decisions.  

Randy grew up in Nebraska and then earned a business degree with a major in marketing from Arizona State University. During his corporate career, he has worked extensively in both Southern and Northern California where he built an extensive network of effective business relationships to help match buyers and sellers. He lives in Santa Barbara with his wife, Molly, and Wheaton Terrier, Skeeter. In his free time, Randy enjoys traveling throughout Europe where they import antique architectural elements and he also enjoys hiking with Skeeter and wine tasting throughout California.
