With over ten years of experience in property management and acquisitions, Erin has extensive knowledge in residential maintenance, building code regulations, market analysis, price evaluations and legal aspects of real estate. In her previous role as the Vice President of Property Management, she led a staff that managed over 1,500 multi-family residential units between California and Montana. Her experience has allowed her to further strengthen her negotiation skills and help guide clients through transactions in the complex real estate market of Santa Barbara. Erin is experienced in collaborating with city and county administration, contractors and vendors, legal counsel, lending and escrow professionals and other local specialists. Organized coordination and effective communication are necessary to close a transaction successfully. Erin thrives on connecting people and facilitating seamless transitions among all parties involved in the home buying or selling process.
Born and raised in a small Midwestern town, Erin decided to venture out to California where she attended USC on an academic scholarship and graduated with honors, earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication and a Minor in Business Administration. Erin’s passion for new adventures has led her to Santa Barbara—her favorite city in the world. Now helping others buy and sell homes, she is dedicated to exceeding her clients’ expectations with the highest level of honesty and integrity.
