Daniel's Story

Being a 3rd generation Santa Barbaran, Daniel has a great understanding of what the area has to offer. He attended Montecito Union School, Santa Barbara Junior High, Santa Barbara High School and Santa Barbara City College. He transferred to Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and graduated the spring of 2017 with a bachelor of science degree in environmental management.

The highest standard of customer service is Daniel’s goal. He learned this early from his grandfather, Roy Jensen, who owned the full-service Chevron Gas Station located in Montecito's upper village and also from his father, Captain Don Hedden, who owned and operated a charter boat business in Santa Barbara Harbor for 45 years. In addition, Daniel has worked in the construction industry providing him experience with building costs and contractor recommendations.

He became Realtor in 2017 with Village Properties and formed The Hedden Team, a father, and son, Captain Don and Daniel Hedden, Realtor operation providing quality service to those interested in residential real estate.
