She is recognized by her peers as a strategic and enterprising sales, marketing, and communications professional with more than two decades of experience in high-level marketing.
Claudia has a particular focus on historic properties--a passion that developed from her time owning and restoring historic homes in Southern California. She is also an avid supporter of Santa Barbara historical societies.
Prior to joining Village Properties, Claudia served as a sales and marketing executive for full service- and luxury brand hospitality, medical groups, sports + fitness.
When she is not serving clients, she enjoys spending time at home with her family and standard poodle, Buddy, cooking, traveling, and writing a food and dining column called Nosh Town for Montecito Journal Newspaper.
