About Gabe Grandcolas

Gabe is a Santa Barbara native with a lifetime of local knowledge ready to be put to use. Before Village Properties, Gabe was an athlete at Santa Barbara High School earning three varsity letters for baseball. He then graduated Cum Laude from the University of Southern California with a degree in Business Administration and was a part of Sigma Chi’s Alpha Upsilon chapter. When Gabe is not working he can be found surfing throughout Southern California, riding his bike in the Santa Barbara and Santa Ynez mountains, and enjoying the best of Santa Barbara’s Mexican food.
