About Louis Manzo

Lifelong local, Louis Manzo has amassed decades of real estate transactions during his tenure in Santa Barbara. Louis’ roots run deep in Santa Barbara soil, dating back to his grandfather’s arrival from Italy in 1917. In the 100 years following, the Manzo family has become a facet of the local community. A UCSB alum with a Business Economics degree under his belt, Louis became a licensed Realtor® in ’79 and a broker in ‘85, equipped with a vast knowledge of the nuanced neighborhoods and a comprehensive understanding of the complex local real estate market.

 

Renowned as a respected Realtor®, Louis brings detailed knowledge of local zoning regulations, respected community connections, and keen negotiation skills to the table. Equipped with an understanding of market trends, acute awareness of listing and sales activity, and competency in writing real estate contracts, he has a penchant for thoughtfully listening to clients and providing prudent counsel. Just as important as his industry expertise and sharp negotiating skills, are his honesty and integrity.

 

Louis’ knowledge, experience, and judgment are unsurpassed in the local real estate community. He served as the President of the Santa Barbara Association of Realtors® in ’05 and was subsequently named Realtor® of the Year in ’06. But it’s not simply his accolades that set him apart. According to his clients, it’s the smaller, day-to-day subtleties. One such client remarked that he followed up post-signing to personally set up a sprinkler system.
