About Patty Armor

Originally from Los Angeles, Patty made the move to Santa Barbara in 1990. She worked at a local accounting firm for more than ten years, then she and her family moved to the Santa Ynez Valley. That’s when she embarked on her real estate career. The change has proved to be a joy and a benefit to both Patty and her clients! Her 35 years of experience in direct client contact in banking, importing, and accounting has been a tremendous benefit in helping her clients to identify and solve issues that arise in the purchase or sale of real estate.
