About Phyllis Lenker

A Santa Barbara resident since 1972, Phyllis knew immediately that there was nowhere else she'd rather be. She is thankful to be living here, surrounded by beauty from the mountains to the sea, and she knows those who live here may enjoy an active outdoor lifestyle, world-class musical concerts, art shows, theatre productions, and great restaurants.

 

Working in education at UCSB's Activities Office and in Activities/Athletics at Dos Pueblos High School, Phyllis realized the principles of educating and problem-solving translated easily to her clients when acquiring or selling real estate whether they were first time home buyers or retirees looking to scale down.

 

Her knowledge of building and design (building and remodeling her own homes) and her connection to those professionals have served her well in guiding clients to the many unique properties and diverse neighborhoods this area offers. Raising two sons here has also given her a deep connection to the community.

 

"My clients, sellers or buyers, are my number one priority."  Working tirelessly to keep them informed with clear, calm communication through every aspect of the selling, buying and escrow process has turned clients into friends.
