She has been honored multiple times as a Top-10 sales agent with Village Properties, and in 2014 had the highest sales volume in the brokerage’s Santa Barbara office.

Erin joined Village Properties in 2016 with over 10 years of experience in property management and acquisitions. Erin has extensive knowledge in residential maintenance, building code regulations, market analysis, price evaluations and legal aspects of real estate. In her previous role as the Vice President of Property Management, she led a staff that managed over 1,500 multi-family residential units between California and Montana.
